Refund & Returns Policy

Our commitment

Every Studio Stevie print is made to order with gallery-quality materials. We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our production facility.

Made-to-order policy

Because each print is custom produced when you order it, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production. This is standard practice for made-to-order fine art.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@studio-stevie.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage (including packaging)
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim within 24 hours and either replace the piece at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Lost shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
