Shipping Policy
Made to order
Every Studio Stevie print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece is printed, framed, quality-checked, and shipped — just for you.
Processing time
Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days. During peak periods (holidays, new collection drops), processing may take up to 14 business days.
Shipping — United States
- Standard shipping is included on all US orders.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.
- Total time from order to delivery: approximately 8–17 business days.
- All shipments include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the production facility.
Shipping — International
We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia.
- International orders are produced at the fulfillment center closest to the destination when possible, reducing transit time and customs complexity.
- International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after production.
- Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Prints are professionally packaged in protective materials designed for framed artwork. Corners are reinforced and the frame is wrapped to prevent damage in transit.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at hello@studio-stevie.com within 48 hours.
